When production analytics are enabled, they measure broad actions such as opening the planner, placing a first session, or completing a workout. They help us understand whether the product is useful.
No account is created. No persistent user ID, note, session name, reflection, weight entry, or training history is included. You can opt out at any time in Data controls.
